Massage therapists should hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage and be registered with an Australian massage association to allow patients to claim health fund rebates. This ensures your skills are recognised and trusted by patients and insurers alike. If you’re newly qualified, we can also provide guidance as you establish yourself in practice.
Previous experience in health reception or administration is always helpful, but it’s not essential. We’re more interested in finding people who are friendly, organised, and confident in supporting others. We provide training in our systems, so you’ll have everything you need to succeed in the role.
