Any chiropractic limit you haven’t used this year won’t carry over. If your back or neck has been bothering you, book before 31 December and put this year’s cover to work.

Check your rebate
Use item 1002 for your first visit and 1005 for a standard visit, then check your rebate in the Bupa app or call Bupa on 134 135. Or call us on (08) 8396 2929 and we’ll help.

Bring your Bupa card
Bring your Bupa membership card, or have your digital card ready in the Bupa app.

We claim it for you
At the end of your visit, our reception team claims through HICAPS and Bupa pays its share straight away.

You pay the gap
You only pay the difference on the day. There’s nothing to lodge later and no claim forms to fill in.

Health First is an independent, South Australian, family-owned clinic that has been caring for Adelaide’s north-east since 2006. Your first visit is one-on-one in a private room, with a full consultation, examination, a clear explanation of what we find and, in most cases, treatment on the day.
