- Valid for three years from the date of purchase.
- Can be upgraded (to an extended massage duration) by paying extra.

- Massage voucher must be presented at Health First Chiropractic when you arrive for your appointment.
- Massage vouchers are not redeemable for cash and–voucher has no monetary value.
- Private health fund rebates cannot be applied too massage vouchers purchased or redeemed.
- Massage vouchers cannot be replaced if lost.
- Appointments for massage vouchers are essential and are subject to availability.
- Cancellations under 24 hours may result in forfeiture of massage voucher.
